A couple of weeks ago, my vegan sister Emily sent me a recipe for an amazingly healthy and delicious chocolate smoothie. We exchange recipes, photos, and texts about what we’re eating all the time since we’re both vegan.
This smoothie is one of the best I’ve ever had, so I thought I’d share it with you all!

Emily’s Healthy Chocolate Smoothie:
1.5 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk. (I like almond breeze or Silk).
1 cup frozen cherries. (Trust me, frozen is better).
1 banana. (Frozen or unfrozen - your choice!).
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 cup fresh greens. (I used spinach, but you can use whatever you like).
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder. (I used Ghiradelli, because it’s the best).
Blend all ingredients in your blender and enjoy!
Trust me, this is the most delicious chocolate smoothie you’ll ever have. DELICIOUS.
I’ve been making soya yoghurt parfaits almost every morning for about a month… They’re so fantastic.
